A very simple clean eating recipe for yummy curried chicken patties. There are so many ways you can prepare lean ground chicken or turkey to keep things interesting. By playing with different spices and home made seasonings, you can have a different flavor experience every day. I love curry, so these clean eating chicken patties are the bomb in my humble opinion! Really easy to whip together in a hurry, which is an added bonus. Chicken curry in a hurry 🙂
1 pound of ground chicken or turkey
1/4 c chopped onion (or to taste)
Small handful of chopped green onion (optional)
2 -3 tablespoons apple sauce (careful – not so much that it makes the meat too wet to form into patties).
2 tablespoons curry powder (or to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
(Spray very lightly with coconut oil cooking spray – only if necessary).
Form into patties and cook in non-stick skillet until cooked, turning half way through.
